Review: Reef Rover Mid shoes

Whether it’s racing, exploring or good old-fashioned adventuring, I’ve been really lucky to have the backing of the following companies!rapide-rc4_

Based out of Milton Keynes and sporting a brand-new line of bikes, I’m super excited to be riding the Rapide RC4 carbon endurance bike. A new brand of British designed bikes, from the folks behind Ridgeback, designed specifically for sportive and endurance type of riding, they are perfect for the Transcontinental Race. With it’s mile-eating geometry partnered with Shimano’s 11 speed Ultegra Di2 group set it’s everything I need to carry me to Istanbul!

Assos are well known for their excellent clothing and I’m really happy to be riding their S5 and S7 ranges of kit, generously provided by the Official Factory Outlet.

alpkit

Alpkit are a Uk based company, specialising in outdoor products made onsite in their Derbyshire premises. I’m working with them this year on their range of bike-packing luggage & giving it the ultimate test during the Transcontinental Race.

As well as being at Nottingham Business School for my MBA, they are also very kindly supporting me for the Transcontinental Race. I’m really glad to have them on board and be able to showcase the school across the UK and Europe.

exposureI’ve always been a fan of Exposure lights, using the Flare rear lights and the Toro front light. For the Transcontinental I will be pairing the Revo Dynamo light with a joystick helmet-mounted light and a Blaze on the rear. I have complete confidence riding, knowing that I’m always seen from front and rear by other road users! And they are made in Britain as well!

Torq

Torq will be providing me with nutrition products throughout my training and racing. As well as being free from artificial additives, they are also the nicest tasting sports products I’ve consumed, with flavours that are startlingly tasty! If you’ve not tried them yet, I absolutely recommend them! find out more here —> torqfitness.co.uk (you can check out a review I did of their gels here)
