This Friday 7th April I’m heading down to Bespoked in Bristol, riding from Nottingham – now that I think of it, the first time I went to bespoked was the first time I had ridden over 150miles!

From there I’m heading out into Wales to check out some Valleys and pay tribute to Mike Hall – Mike was killed in a traffic incident in Australia whilst racing his bike – he will be sorely missed.

It’s a solo ride, not fast, but ever moving. Company is allowed if anyone fancies a couple of hundred km’s of riding?
